Amazing service! Not only it's a very affordable option, but the service during the days we were using the car was fantastic. The day of pick up they brought the car to our hotel directly and we could leave it at the ferry port on the day of departure. We broke one of our rear-view mirrors and Sylvie just came to our hotel's parking lot and had it repaired on spot. Plus, super friendly owners! 100% recommended

Wir waren im April 2019 für 5 Tage auf Praslin. Der Wagen wurde uns direkt an den Flughafen gebracht. Abgegeben haben wir den Wagen an der Fähre nach La Digue. Toller Service, schöne gepflegte Autos. Alles hat bestens geklappt!!! Zufällig haben wir bei der (Schwieger-)mutter der Autovermieter im Guesthouse gewohnt (Le Tropique Villa). Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind auch sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Everything was perfect. We came to Praslin by jetty, nice ldy was waiting for us and explained us everything. We dropped car at the domestic airport. We parked and in 2 minutes, guys feom Bliss came and obertook it! Reservation I have made before we came to Seychelles and everythingwas perfect! If I could, i would put more than 5 stars.... ps: do not park under coconut tree! This will never happen in Europe ;-)

Compagnie sérieuse qui saura répondre à vos besoins sur les îles îles des Seychelles de Praslin et Mahé. Ils prennent le temps de discuter avec vous par mail pour connaître vos heures d’arrivée de bateau pour que la voiture soit livrée au bon endroit et au bon moment. Nous avons eu une petite kia picanto sur Praslin et c’était parfait car elle avait la climatisation et cela est vraiment nécessaire. Et il est quasi OBLIGATOIRE de louer une voiture sur Praslin car cette île n’a que des descentes et des montées vertigineuses impossibles à faire à pied sous cette chaleur écrasante ou dépendre d’un bus local.... ou d’un taxi qui vous coûterait plus cher au final. La voiture était propre en très bon état, le prix est clair dès le départ et vous pouvez choisir de réduire vos franchises à 500 euros,moi, j’ai préféré faire cela, et si cela avait été possible j’aurai même tout réduit à zéro franchise car la bas on roule à gauche et le volant est à droite ! Heureusement la voiture est boîte auto et ça aide bien ! Un peu d’entraînement et c’est parti pour faire les plages magnifiques de Praslin comme anse Lazio anse boudin , la côte d’or ou des bateaux vous mènent visiter l’île curieuse ou des tortues centenaires vivent en liberté et la plage est très belle. À de suite sur Mahé où nous louons aussi avec Bliss car hire

First class car hire experience. Despite having made an error in my ferry arrival timings, Shirley returned to the jetty for us an hour later and was friendly and professional. The car was in immaculate condition and the paperwork process was speedy and efficient. She answered any questions fully and gave additional helpful information. (We also had an unexpected upgrade, which was really appreciated). Drop off was just as straightforward. We definitely recommend Bliss Car Hire without hesitation. I also especially thank Shirley for helping us when we had a mobile phone stolen and lost the other one. She dedicated her free time to accompany us to the police station and to buy a new cell phone. I am especially grateful to her for being such a good person and an excellent professional in her work. I think that this company would not be the same if she did not work in it. Weltklasse Service! Wir wurden nett mit Namensschild am Pier empfangen, bevor uns professionell das Auto übergeben wurde. Aus Leichtsinn habe ich das Licht angelassen und die Batterie war leer und die Fähre sollte in einer Stunde fahren. Dank Bliss Car Hire haben wir die Fähre noch bekommen, da Hilfe binnen 20min vor Ort war! Und dann haben wir auch noch eine Brille im Auto liegen lassen, die uns sogar nach La Digue nach geschickt worden ist. So einen Service haben wir noch nie erlebt und können Bliss Car Hire uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Bis jetzt die beste Rental Company die wir je hatten! Weiter so!

Nous avons loué une petite voiture boîte automatique (Hyundai picanto) pour 9j à Praslin au mois de mai 2018. A l'arrivée, on nous attendait à l'aéroport avec notre nom sur une pancarte. Tout s'est très bien passé durant le séjour, pas de problème avec la voiture mais moteur peu puissant pour les montées les plus raides de l'île mais suffisant pour se balader (et vitesse limitée à 40km/h sur l'île) . Au retour, on est venu à notre rencontre avant même de se garer donc nous n'avons pas eu à chercher notre loueur. Restitution très rapide du véhicule. Les personnes avec qui nous avons eu affaire ont toutes été très sympathiques. Je recommande cette agence.

Awesome service from Stephan. Waiting for us when we arrived late at night and escorted us to our lodge on the other side of the island with our luggage. We then had a flat battery during our stay and within 15 min Stephan had rescued us. He then came early in the morning on our last day to take our luggage back to airport (there was a lot of us!). All with a cheery heart and without charge for his time. Thanks so much!

My girlfriend and I rented through Bliss on Praslin - Stephan and Sylvie were wonderful, and provided absolutely the best car rental experience we've had. They picked us up at the jetty with a sign, were very friendly, and gave us great tips on where to visit (or not) and where to eat on Praslin. The most amazing part, however, was that when we were getting ready to go to the ferry and drop off our rental (at 6 in the morning), and we discovered our car battery was dead (my fault), I called Stephan and within 10 minutes he had showed up at our AirBnb. He graciously let us take his personal car in order for us to make our La Digue ferry on time, and stayed behind with our car to get it sorted out. Truly the best customer service I saw in my whole time in Seychelles, and their rates were fantastic as well. I cannot recommend Bliss enough!

Rent bliss on praslin. Sylvie thank you!!! Very professional had my name on a sign and was waiting for me outside the airport praslin. At drop off I lost my phone Sylvie called my hotel, the gas station I stopped at to refuel but no one found my phone. She went back to the ATM machine I used and found my phone with security drove for another 30 minutes to hand me the phone right before my departure and didn't accept any compensation. Good people like this much less good businesses like this are extremely rare. Rent bliss on praslin and you'll be dealing with the best people I have met in my travels. Thanks again Sylvie (I can't thank you enough).

We decided to rent a car for our full stay on Praslin for our honeymoon, this meant we saved money on any transfers we needed on the Island. I would really recommend this way of staying on Praslin as it gives you so much flexibility and helps saves a lot of money on the expensive excursions that you would want to do via tour companies travelling around the Island. We booked Bliss car hire before we arrived and they were really helpful prior to arrival and agreed to meet us at the airport for our evening flight. Unlike most car rental companies they really put their customers first initially by not asking for a deposit upfront. As we arrived into Praslin airport they gave us a very happy welcome with their Mr and Mrs Jones sign which we appreciated. The car was modern very well looked after with new tyres and perfectly working Air con which talking to other people is not the normal for rental cars on Praslin. Where Sylvie and Stephan really shown what a customer friendly service company they run though was on our 3rd day when someone decided to reverse into our car and cause some damage to it. We phoned them and they were on scene within 20 minutes. They sorted everything out very quickly and assured us there was nothing for us to worry about. As a result we completely forgot about the incident and could enjoy the last of our days on Praslin. I can't recommend renting a car on Praslin through Bliss car hire highly enough.
