When you rent a vehicle with Bliss Car Hire, you have the option to pay a €15 Cancellation Waiver for extra cancellation protection.
But just remember that the waiver is once-off and non-refundable. You can get a full refund if we receive an eligible cancellation at least 12 hours before your planned arrival, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
What Happens If You Cancel Your Praslin Car Hire?

A 30% cancellation charge of the total rental applies if customers end up cancelling their car hire 36 hours before their planned arrival in Praslin. Then, you will receive the remaining booking amount back based on our rental terms and conditions.
Cancel 24 Hours Before Arrival
You will pay a 50% cancellation fee if you need to cancel your booking before you arrive. Customers must note that cancelling closer to their arrival date may result in a smaller refund.
No-Show
If you do not show up to collect your rental vehicle without giving us notice and have not cancelled your reservation, a 100% charge of the total rental balance applies.
This is treated as a no-show, and the booking cost will not be refunded. It’s essential to let us know as soon as possible rather than not arriving to collect your vehicle, especially if your travel arrangements change.
Optional €15 Cancellation Waiver
Customers can add an optional €15 Cancellation Waiver to their Bliss Car Hire booking for extra protection.
You will pay the waiver fee once, and it’s non-refundable. You may receive a full refund if we are notified of your cancellation at least 12 hours before you are due to arrive and you have a Cancellation Waiver. This optional waiver gives you extra flexibility if you need to cancel your rental vehicle reservation.
What If Your Flight or Ferry Is Delayed?
Our team handles flight or ferry delays differently from car hire cancellations because your travel plans are delayed and you might arrive late to collect your rental vehicle.
